Daniel LaPadula
Managing Partner/Audit Engagement Partner
Dan is our firm managing partner. He specializes in a variety of services including commercial and Taft-Hartley audits (defined benefit, defined contribution, 401k and health and welfare plans) health care related consulting, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) audits and consulting and outsourcing of accounting operations. He is responsible for more than one hundred multi and single employer plan audits and related services.
Dan spent the initial 7 years of his career with Arthur Andersen in the audit department specializing in real estate, construction and the hospitality industry. In 1973 Dan started LaPadula, Carlson + Co.

- Past chairman on the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants Not for Profit Committee
- Lecturing member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits (an educational organization directed towards Taft-Hartley organizations)

- Board of Trustees, Barnacle Society, Coconut Grove, Fl
- Dan holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Miami
