Professional Development
The Firm pays annual CPA state and municipal licensing fees.
Growth & Development
The goal of the Firm is for all members of the professional staff – partners and staff members – to attend training courses, either internal or those conducted by the AICPA and other professional organizations. Every professional person should receive 80 hours of formal training within their 2 year reestablishment period, or 40 hours a year, or as otherwise required by the applicable state.
- The Firm pays for approved continuing professional education courses.
- Participation in CPA affairs is required as an integral part of being a professional.
- The Firm pays for time spent sitting for the CPA exams.

Part-time administrative assistant –
Job Description:
- Maintains office i.e. answer phones, filing, inventory, etc.
- Works with Senior Staff Accountants to identify and complete projects
- Acknowledges deadlines; prioritizes work in relation to filing deadlines in order to ensure timely workflow
- Working knowledge of computers and aptitude to learn new programs
- Prepare a variety of reports including financial statements and presentations
- Prepares miscellaneous correspondence to clients and Internal Revenue Service
- Performs tax processing and preparation

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Obtains additional background and information as needed to complete reports
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and distinctly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Auditor will be required to visit various locations in the New York City and Long Island area; some other travel may be required
- Auditor will attend weekly meetings in our NYC, NY office
